One week stay during prime time in 2008 is $4,165 per person, double occupancy ($3,750 plus $415 round-trip air charter). All weekly stays begin and end on Saturday. Shorter itineraries are available (see rates).
Single occupancy is available at the 2008 rate of $5,835 per person per week during prime time. Casa Blanca will accept only one single occupancy reservation per week during March, April and May.
RATES INCLUDE: Deluxe Seaside Accommodations at Casa Blanca; all meals; non-bottled beverages; use of boats; guide service; refreshments on-board boats; round-trip air charter between Casa Blanca and Cancun; snorkeling; wind surfing; sea kayaking; bicycling; natural history excursions; birding; unlimited use of recreational equipment.
NOT INCLUDED: All scheduled commercial air transportation as required by itinerary from point of origin through return; alcoholic beverages, soft drinks or mineral water consumed at the lodge; gratuities; baggage overweight charges; surcharge if less than 3 passengers on charter aircraft; use of phone; laundry guide service and staff gratuities.
PARTIAL WEEK ITINERARIES: Itineraries for partial week packages should begin or end on a Saturday. In general, the lodge will not accept reservations, which span a Saturday since this would eliminate the possibility of booking two full week packages. We can occasionally make an exception if space is available. Additional air charter charges will apply for groups of less than 4 or for which extra flights are required. See Air Charter Surcharges.
AIR CHARTER SURCHARGES: The cost of the air charter from Cancun to the lodge is included in the rates listed, but these rates apply only to flights on Saturday. For itineraries requiring travel on days other than Saturday, there will be a surcharge based on the number of passengers on the flight. These surcharges will apply to all early/late arrivals or departures and to all Partial Week Itineraries. This includes extra charters required because of late arriving airline flights.
The following rates are one way/per person charges for extra charters required because of late arriving, canceled, or delayed airline flights; or other delays out of the direct control of Casa Blanca: 1 passenger: $800; 2 passengers: $400 per person; 3 passengers: $267 per person; 4 passengers: $200 per person. These rates apply to all early or late departures on regular weekly packages. These amounts should also be added to all Partial Week Itineraries.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT: To confirm reservations, a 50% deposit is required within ten days of booking. The balance is due 65 days prior to scheduled arrival at the lodge.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: A full refund, less a $600 per person cancellation fee, will be made for written cancellations received by Angler Adventures at least 65 days prior to the date on which you are scheduled to arrive at Casa Blanca. There will be no refund for cancellations received within 65 days of the scheduled arrival. There will be no refunds made for unused portions of the land/fishing package or unused air charter. We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Receipt of deposit is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts the cancellation/refund and responsibility clauses.
CHILDREN: Young children, especially infants and toddlers, are not encouraged to visit Casa Blanca unless they are part of a group of 14. Even then, the intimate size of Casa Blanca and unregimented atmosphere is adult in orientation. The lodge does not provide any special care or supervision for children and therefore suggests that all children be accompanied by a helper, who is totally responsible for their well-being.
